Home Nursing Care in Merri-Bek
Merri-Bek (formerly Moreland) is a dynamic inner-northern council with a rich multicultural character, covering Brunswick, Coburg, Glenroy and beyond. Wattletree Health Group’s registered nurses provide clinical home nursing across Merri-Bek — including wound care, NDIS nursing, palliative care, and My Aged Care clinical nurse visits.
We work with all Support At Home (SAH) package providers and can invoice directly. We’re registered NDIS providers, and approved providers for TAC and WorkSafe. Private nursing visits are also available for those funding care directly.
