Experienced Home Care Registered Nurses

Wattletree Health Group, a leading provider of in-home registered nursing services in Melbourne’s North, Northeast, Eastern, outer Eastern and South Eastern metropolitan area and surrounds is looking for experienced home care registered nurses, passionate about delivering exceptional services and care in the home environment.

The key areas of expertise we are looking for include: palliative, end-of-life care, acute hospital discharge and post-op care, detailed client assessments, wound care, neurological disease management, complex chronic disease management, PICC lines and other central device management, medication management, dementia care experience, catheter/continence/bowel management, stoma management, enteral feeding tube management, adults and/or paediatrics. This is a snapshot of common service requests, but definitely not limited to all the aspects of clinical nursing care we cover.

Depth and breadth of experience is a must, coupled with a deeply passionate, dedicated, respectful, and caring approach to the Home Nursing Service environment. Your assessment and critical thinking skills, digital, written, and verbal communication skills, along with adaptability to respond to client needs will be at the top of your abilities. We are looking for experienced nurses with astute clinical reasoning skills and the capacity to make decisions at the client interface, supported by the clinical nursing lead as a sounding board.

You will be working in the North, East, South Eastern and outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and surrounds, have a smartphone, printer/scanner, Comprehensive Car Insurance, and all the minimum requirements as a qualified and currently practising Registered Nurse (AHPRA, Police Check, WWCC, BLS, Manual Handling, COVID Triple vaccinated). Those with 10+ years of experience and currency of practice preferred.
