Home Nursing Care in Monash
Monash is a major south-eastern council with a mix of established family suburbs and the internationally significant Monash University precinct. Wattletree Health Group’s registered nurses provide clinical home nursing visits throughout Monash — from wound care and medication management to palliative care and NDIS nursing.
We work with all Support At Home (SAH) package providers and can invoice directly. We’re registered NDIS providers, and approved providers for TAC and WorkSafe. Private nursing visits are also available for those funding care directly.

We accept self-referrals, and also referrals from family and friends, GPs, hospitals, Support At Home (SAH) and Home Care Package (HCP) providers, NDIS Support Coordinators, allied health, and all other healthcare organisations.
